The Easiest Alfredo Sauce Ever!  

Put a block of philly cream cheese in the blender with some milk (I didn't measure but try about a cup to start). Blend and pour into a saucepan. Add salt, pepper, garlic, basil and oregano to taste as you heat slowly, stirring occasionally. If it gets too thick add more milk. I serve this over pasta with either shrimp, chicken or ham mixed in.
