This is a soy sauce based marinade so just pour in as much soy sauce as you will need to marinate your meat. Then add some fresh garlic, a bit of onion powder, black pepper and the ingredient that makes it all so yummy - a bit of thyme. Then either marinate your meat in it overnight or just brush it on before you cook
