| MANGO SALSA Ingredients: 1 mango 1/2 small onion chopped(red if you like color) 1 T chopped fresh cilantro 1/4 t salt juice of 1 lime cut your mango and dice it small and place in bowl and add your other ingredients. Stir to mix well and put in the refridgerator for a couple hours to chill. Then serve with tortilla chips. Note* This is a basic starter recipe for mango salsa. You can leave as is or you can add other fruit like chopped up pear,kiwi or pineapple. |
