5 MINUTE CRANBERRY SAUCE

1 (12 oz) bag of fresh or frozen cranberries
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
juice of 1 small lemon
grated rind of 1 small lemon
1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger

1) Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
2) When the cranberries begin to pop reduce the heat and simmer.
3) Remove from heat and refrigerate.
