BACK
HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING

1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt (we use dannon)
4 t. mustard (we use spicy for a little extra kick)
4 t. honey
1 T. dill (optional)
2 t. distilled white vinegar
1/2 t. sugar
1/2 t. pepper
mix all ingredients in a bowl, refrigerate 2 hrs. makes a great dressing, sandwich spread, or dipping sauce for chicken, pretzel dip, etc. We make 6 batches a week and refrigerate it.
