1 C Sugar
1 C Vinegar
1 C Water
1 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Mustard (Powder)
1 tsp Salt
1 Egg (Beaten)
Pour sugar, water, vinegar in saucepan. Stir and heat until boiling. Place flour, cornstarch, mustard, and salt. Mix together and moisten with water. Add in beaten egg. When the liquid in the pan comes to a boil, pour into mixture and stir well. Return all to stove and cook until thick. Keeps indefinitely
