| SALMON SALAD 1 can boneless/skinless (Hopefully you can find it already canned like this. Otherwise, you have to bone/skin it yourself. Even fresh salmon could be used rather than canned.) Mix in enough mayonnaise and enough cream cheese to make this a thick, creamy consistency. Add onion flakes, onion powder, salt and any other seasonings like dill, etc. that your family can tolerate. Mix well with a fork. Serve on toasted bread for a samdwich or serve as a spread for crackers. |
