| CREAM CHEESE W/ SOUR CREAM TOPPING 2 (8oz) pgk. cream cheese, softened 2 eggs 1 C white sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla 3/4 C. Sour cream 2 T. White sugar 1/4 tsp. Vanilla 1 9" prepared graham cracker crust Approved fruit filling mix, or home made Combine the cream cheese, eggs, 1 c sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla in a bowl and with an electric mixer, mix on low until smooth. Pour filling into graham cracker crust. Bake @ 350� for 35 minutes. Remove pie from oven. Increase oven temps to 450�. While that is baking, mix in a small bowl, sour cream, 2 T sugar,1/4 tsp vanilla. Blend smooth. Gently spread over pie. Bake for another 5 minutes. After it has cooled, spoon on top of this, if you'd like the fruit filling. |
