CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE PIE

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened at room temp.
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup ghirardelli chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

1 unbaked pie shell

Cream sugars and butter add eggs blend well, add milk and vanilla, then flour and mix well. Finally stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
Best if served warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
When serving, put the pie in the microwave for 15 seconds or so, to warm it up and melt the chips.
