3  Large          Eggs
1/4 C               Lemon juice
1-1/4 C            Sugar
1/4 C               Butter, melted
1 -  unbaked 9" pie shell or graham cracker crust

Preheat oven to 300.   Put eggs, lemon juice and sugar in processor or blender for 3 minutes; add butter and blend for 30 seconds.    Pour into pie shell and bake for 30-35 minutes.
