Mushroom and Swiss Pork Chops  

2 T. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, chopped
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
2 T. dijon-type mustard
2/3 c. heavy cream
6 boneless pork chops
swiss cheese, sliced (enough to cover dish)

Melt butter in skillet, saute garlic and onions until onions are translucent. Add shrooms and saute 2 min. Add mustard and cream, stir to mix. Place pork chops in 9x13 casserole dish. Pour sauce from skillet over pork chops. Put sliced cheese over all. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
