| 2 cups all -purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt 1 cup shortening 1/2 cup water In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in shortening. Stir in water until mixture forms a ball. Devide dough in half and shape into 2 balls. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Lay plastic wrap on table and flour. Lay dough on top, add flour and cover with more plastic wrap. Roll out and enjoy :-) Makes 2 pie crusts |
