NO-BRAINER PIE CRUST

1/2 C         Wheat germ
1/2 C          Whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 tsp        Salt
1/4 C          Oil
2 tbsp         Ice water

Mix wheats and salt in bowl.  Mix liquids in measuring cup and pour into flour.  Stir to moisten - do not over mix.  Pour into pie pan; press out onto pie tin. 

Fill and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
