DILLY BEANS

Boil together:
2 1/2 cups of vinegar
2 1/2 cups of water
1/4 cup of salt

put in canning jar:
1 sprig of dill (or 2 tbs. dillseed and 1 tsp. dill weed)
1 clove garlic
1/4 -1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, we make it without for dd)

Stuff in fresh green beans, cleaned with ends cut off. Pour boiling liquid in jar until 1 inch from top. Seal and then boil the filled jars in water for 10 minutes.

They'll be ready to eat in 1 or 2 days.
