Garlic Pasta  

8 cloves of garlic, sliced thin
3 Tbsp. Olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper
1/2 lb. pasta
parmesan cheese

Saute garlic in oil until not quite brown. Add cream and salt and pepper. Simmer to reduce cream. Toss with hot cooked pasta. Add cheese and serve.
