1 cup GFCF milk
1 or 2 medium onions, diced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 lbs. of your choice of meat.
1 1/2 cups crushed tomato (stage 2 - I would just leave it out)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce (? I don't know what stage this would be, sorry)
1 tbsp potato flour (not potato starch. If avoiding potatoes, use rice or soy flour)
GFCF pasta

If you decide to use steak, cut meat into 1" strips. Pour the oil into a
pressure cooker or deep pot. Brown the meat slowly, then add the onions
and saut�. Add the salt, pepper, tomato, and worcestershire sauce. Then
cook for 1/2 hr. in the pressure cooker (or slow cook in the pot for 1
hr.) Add the mushrooms. Thicken the milk with the flour. Mix the
thickened milk into the pot while at a rolling boil. Salt more to taste.
Take the pot off the heat and serve over your favorite GFCF pasta.
