2C Dry Milk
8C flour
1/2 C sugar
8 tps. baking powder
4 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. salt
Mix together very well....
This makes tons of pancake mix. Below is the recipe for the batter.
1-1/2 C Mix
2 TBSP oil (optional)
1 egg
1C milk or water ( i ususally use just water)
