Protein pancakes  

This sounds REALLY gross but even my kids LOVE this.

1/4 cup cottage cheese
5 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 mashed bannana
1/2 TBLS cinnamon (recipe said 1 but I think it's too much)
4 1/2 tsp sugar (I used splenda in MINE)

Combine all ingredients in blender, mix well. Fry like a regular pancake - they will be brown in color from the cinnamon. Top with syrup.
