CHEESY DOG BISCUITS

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
4 1/2 Tbs Water

Preheat oven to 400
Make a cardboard patter of a dog bone 4 inches long or use a dog bone cookie cutter. (If you do you can't reroll the scraps so I skip this and just make small square biscuits. I also have small dogs so a 4 inch bone would be more than a meal to them :).
Combine flour, cheese, garlic and oil in container of food processor. Cover, whirl until mixture is consistency of coarse meal. With machine running, slowly add water until mixture forms a ball.
Divide dough into 12 equal piece.
Roll out each piece to 1/2 inch thickness.
Cut out bones. Transfer to ungreased cookie sheet. (I roll or pat the pieces into squares using a knife to square of the edges, then slice each large piece into one inch squares.)
Do not re roll scraps.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until bottom of biscuits are lightly browned.
Carefully transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Refrigerate in airtight container.
