In a medium size mixing bowl combine:
2 C flour
1 C salt
4 tsp cream of tartar.
Then add:
2 C boiling water
2 TBL vegetable oil
Stir & add safe food color if you want.
(We did not add any color-my kids used their imagination)
Store in airtight container.
This makes a nice, safe rainy/snowy day project.
