1 can beets
2 Tbs corn starch
lemon juice
water
Drain off beet juice put in small pot. Boil on the stove for 5 min. Add lemon juice about 3 Tbs.Cook 5 more minutes.
Turn off and let set.
Take a small amount of cold water and mix in cornstarch, stir well.
Mix in beet juice stirring well.
Put in fridg. over night. The next morning it was just like hair gel. Kinda thick, though.
