| DAIRY FREE WHIPPED TOPPING 1(10.5onz.) pkg of firm silken tofu,drained and crumbled. 2 Tablespoons of approved canola oil 2 Tablespoons of pure maple syrup 3/4 teaspoon of pure vanilla 1/4 teaspoon salt Process all ingredients for several minutes in a blender or food processer(I like using processer better)until completly smooth.Chill thoroughly before serving and store in the refridgerator. |
