DAIRY FREE BUTTERMILK(FOR COOKING)

Inredients: Soymilk or Rice Dream(I use the latter)
Lemon Juice or vineger(I use which ever I have on hand)
Put 1 Tablespoon of the Lemon Juice/Vineger in a 1 cup measuring cup.Then add your milk to make a cup. Let it sit and curdle.(I usually let it sit while I make my dry ingr. for the recipe)
