| TOUCH OF SPRING MUFFINS 2 C flour 1/2 C sugar 1 TBSP baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg, beaten 3/4 C milk 1/3 C oil 1 C sliced rhubarb TOPPING 2 tsp. sugar Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients; fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Sprinkle top with sugar and bake for 22-25 minutes. |
