1 small can solid pumpkin
1 box Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
1 egg
(Optional ~ 1/2 C chocolate chips
Mix both ingredients and put in greased muffin pans (makes appr. 12 large) for about 25 minutes or until toothpick or knife inserted in one of the center ones come out clean.
