ALL PURPOSE ( LIKE BISQUICK)

10 C           Flour
1-1/2 tsp     Baking soda
1-1/2 tbsp   Baking powder
1-3/4 C       Powdered milk
3 tsp           Cream of tarter
2-1/2           Shortening

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together.  With a large fork, or pastry knife cut the shortening into the dry. Mixture will be rough in texture.  Place in a sealed container - plastic or zip loc bag.  Store in a cool dry place.

Use within 10-12 weeks if stored in a cool dry place.  3-6 months if stored in the refrigerator. Makes about 14Cups. 

VARIATION:
Use 5C Flour, 5C Whole wheat flour - increase baking powder to 4 tbsp.

Note:   If you are using mix in high altitudes add 1/2 C flour when making mix.
