CRUMB CAKE MIX
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 1/2 TBSP baking powder
2 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2 TBSP cornstarch
1 1/2 cups shortening
Combine dry ingreds. Cut in shortening. Keep in cool dry place. makes 8 cups
YELLOW CRUMB CAKE
2 cups crumb cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Grease and flour an 8" round pan. Combine mix, milk and vanilla - beat 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 30-35 minutes..

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk

2 squares unsweetened choc, melted
2 eggs
Combine mix, sugar, milk and vanilla - beat 1 minute. Stir in melted choc until blended. Beat 1 more minute. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
