CRIPSY COATING MIX
3 C cornflakes crumbs ( 8 C cornflakes processed)
1 C wheat germ
1/2 C sesame seeds
4 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Mix and store in an air tight container.
CHICKEN NUGGETS/ FISH NUGGETS/ OR PORK
2 eggs, beaten
Crispy Coating Mix
Bowl #1 - eggs
Bowl #2 - Mix
boneless skinless chicken, or boneless fish, etc.(cut into bite size pieces)
Dunk in egg, then coating. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Make Tons and freeze in bags.. just grab them and microwave....
