PEAR LEATHER ROLL UPS

2 cans           Pears, well drained
1/3-1/2C       Sugar
dash             Tumeric powder

Combie all ingredients in blender or processor.  Blend until smooth.  Pour into plastic wrap lined cookie sheets that have an edge. Or place in food dehydrator.  If using an oven place in at 200 degrees 8-12 hours until leather is dry to touch.  Make sure sauce is even in pans so that drying is even. Cut into strips and roll. Store in refrigerator in sealed container..
