FRUIT WRAP

2 peeled, cored, cubed pears
1 peeled, pitted, cubed mango
4 slices of canned pineapple, cut into bite sized pieces
3 TBSP lemon juice
1/4 C sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ginger
6 to 8 flour shells, warmed

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all fruit and lemon juice. Add sugar and spices and stir to coat. Place in pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Take warmed flour shells and place scoop of fruit in center. Wrap and place into baking pan. Heat at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cut in 1/2 and serve warm. You can make yogurt dipping sauce to dip into, but my kids liked them plain.

Yogurt Dipping Sauce
1 C yogurt
1/4 C pear jam, pinapple jelly (add your favorite)

Mix together and dip.
