SAUSELESS PIZZA

Boboli pizza crust (we liked the large thin one b/c it is made without sauce)
1/2 pound hamburger, cooked
1 onion, sliced, then cut in half
pepper
shredded mozzerella cheese
shredded parmesean cheese

Cook onion in skillet or microwave for a minute to soften.

Put shredded mozzeralla and parmesean on pizza crust (I used more mozzerella than parmesean)...not too much b/c you will put more cheese on top.

Put pepper on top of cheese.

Add cooked hamburger and onion. Add more pepper.

Top with shredded mozzerella and parmesean (more mozzeralla than parmesean). I did not measure the cheese...it is to personal taste.

Cook on pizza stone according to package directions. If you like it a little crispy, turn the oven off after the recommended cook time and let the pizza sit in the oven for a few minutes (I leave ours in the oven while the kid's pizza slices cool)...it is wonderful!
