HONEY PINEAPPLE GLAZE

3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup dijon mustard
2T cornstarch
1 cup pineapple juice or crushed pineapple and juice

In 2qt sauce pan on grill over hot coals or on stove top on med high heat bring honey, mustard, and pineapple juice to a boil. In cup blend cornstarch with 1/4 cup water until smooth. Add to honey mixture stirring constantly until thickened.Glaze meat when there is about 10 more minutes of grill time or cook time left.

Great for a glaze on ham,chicken or bar-b-que sauce.
I make a double recipe and freeze in smaller containers for future uses.
