My family thinks this tastes like grape jello. It turns out purple in color.
This is a variation on the Lemon Gelatin in the FG recipe book.
2 envelopes Knox Unflavored Gelatin, softened in
1/2 C. cold water & 1/2 C. cold Pomegranate Juice
Add 2 C. boiling water and stir till gelatin is dissolved.
Add 1/2 C. sugar and stir till dissolved.
Add 1/2 to 1 C. cold Pomegranate Juice.
Add 1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained. Chill till jello begins to thicken. Then fold in bananas and marshmallows. Chill until firm.
