CRANBERRY JELLO ~ STAGE 2

2 pkgs       Knox gelatin
1 can         Whole berry cranberries
1/2 can       Pears, cut
1 tbsp        Beet juice
2 tbsp        Sugar
1/2 C         Crushed pineapple
1 C             Water

In medium sized bowl stir together gelatin and water; stir in beet juice, and sugar.   Add pears, and pineapple; then cranberries. Stir to mix well.  Store covered in plastic wrap in refrigerator overnight.
