AMISH STYLE PINEAPPLE JAM

4 cups fresh pineapple
4 cups water
4 cups sugar

Cut pineapple into small chunks, put into saucepan. Add water and cook unitl tender.
Stir in sugar and continue cooking until fruit thickens and is clear.
Pour into jars and seal.

As with most Amish recipes I have read, this makes a lot of product. I haven't tried this personally yet, so I am not sure how long you will have to cook this to get it thick. Just watch close.
