PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM

32 large      Marshmallows (FG accepted)
1 #               Crushed peppermint candy
2 C              Boiling water
1 quart        Milk
1 pint          Heavy cream

Place marshmallows, candy, and boiling water in double broiler on medium high heat; stir until candy is dissolved. Set aside to cool.  Add milk to the candy mixture; whip the cream and poor candy mixture into cream.  Freeze in ice-cream freezer.  Makes 1/2 gallon.
