1/2 cup soft butter
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups flour
4 Tablespoons Cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups grated zucchini
6 oz chocolate chips - I usually use a little more, but I'm a choco-aholic!
Combine butter, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix in flour and then add rest of ingredients except chips.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle chips on top then bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
