CAROB/ CHOCOLATE FROSTING #1


1/2 C          Sugar
2 tbsp        Corob powder or Cocoa
1-4 C         Milk
2 tbsp        Butter
1 tbsp        Corn syup
                  Pinch of salt
1/2-3/4 C  Powdered sugar
1/2 tsp      Vanilla

Mix sugar  and carob or cocoa in a 2 quart sauce pan.  Stir in milk, butter, and corn syrup, and salt.  Heat until boiling.  Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat and beat in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth anc creamy.  Frost.
