CHOCOLATE FROSTING ( TOFU)


3 ounces - (1/3 C)         Extra firm- silkin tofu by Mori-Nu
1 C                                 Pure maple syrup
1 tbsp                            Vanilla
1 C                                Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp                           Salt

In food processor mix tofu, syrup, and vanilla.  Add cocoa and salt until smooth.  MIxutre might be soft, but will firm up when cool  Refrigerate 15 minutes before serving.
