COCOA FROSTING
3/4 cup cocoa
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cocoa and sugar; cream part of mixture with butter in a mixing bowl with electic mixer. Blend in vanilla and half of evap. milk. Add remaining dry mixture and blend well (low speed to keep the powder down). Add remaining milk and beat well. This is so rich and creamy. It's an old farm recipe from my mother-in-law, it always comes out great. Frosts a two layer cake, with some to spare. We save the extra to spread on cookies and graham crackers.
