1 cup choc chip
2tbsp butter
3tbsp water
2 cups powdered sugar
1. Melt choc chips and butter, 1tbsp water. Mix well.
2. remove from heat and add sugar , and rest of water and mix until smoth consistancy.
3. Quickly pour over cake (put a plate under wire rack to catch the drippings). Let cool.
