BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

1 #                Powdered sugar
1/2 C            Butter, softened
1/8 tsp          Salt
1 tsp             Vanilla
3-4 tbsp        Milk


Mix 1/4 sugar and butter with a mixer; add salt, vanilla.  Mix.  Gradually add remaining sugar.  Add enough milk to make frosting fluffy.

Yield: 2-9" rounds or 9 x 13 cake.
