BAKED LEMON COD OR SOLE

1/2 cup of sweet butter
3 tb flour
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 lb frozen cod or sole per person
Morton's Nature's Seasons to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven 350F.
In a saucepan melt the butter, stir in the flour and lemon juice until well blended. Slowly add the milk and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Stir with a wisk so that it doesn't burn.
Add the parmesan cheese and cook for 2 minutes, blending with a wisk.
Season with salt and pepper and Morton's Nature's Season to taste.
In a glass casserole dish, line the bottom with the frozen fish. Pour the sauce over the fish and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until it flakes easily with a fork.
