| FISH STICKS 1 cup potato chips, crushed 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1 pound fish fillets 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup margarine, melted Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Mix together crushed potato chips, Parmesan cheese and thyme in a shallow dish. Dip fish fillets in milk, then into coating mixture. Place in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with leftover coating mixture in places where it didn't stick. Drizzle fillets with melted margarine. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. |
