PLANK SALMON

2 lb       Fresh salmon (1-1/2" thick)   
1          Cedar board (cut to the length of your fish)
             salt, pepper, garlic, and dill to taste

Soak board for 1 hour.  Prepare grill for cooking.  Place fish on board and season. For charcoal grill set board right on coals.  For gas cook on grill rack.  Close grill lid and leave for 40-45 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
