EAST TO MAKE CRAB CAKES


2  Cans          Crab
8 ounces        Longostino( or an additional can of crab)

1                     Egg
2 tbsp             Mayonnaise
                       Soft bread crumbs
                      Morton's Nature's Seasoning
                      Garlic powder
                      Pepper to taste
                      Onion flakes
                       Dry parsley

Drains can well; add egg and mix well.  Add all other ingredients; form crab cakes and put in refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes before frying.  Pan fry until golden brown.  Drain on paper towels.  

If crab is not forming cakes add additional garlic and onion.
