SHRIMP LINGUINI

This is super easy & all measurements are approximate.
1 lb cooked shrimp (remove tails)
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic or a couple shakes of powder garlic
2 lbs pasta, (linguine, spaghetti or bows)
bag mixed vegetables (I like broc, cauliflower & carrots peapods are good too)

I cook pasta in a big pot, you can cook the vegetables in with the pasta or seperately and serve on the side of the pasta.

Saute shrimp in the oilve oil & garlic until hot( add as much or little garlic as you like)

you can pour the shrip & oil over the pasta & toss in a big bowl or just put a serving of noodles on a plate and spoon sauce & shrimp onto pasta.

Sprinkle parmessan cheese over & serve.

I serve this with garlic bread & a tossed salad
