| SPAGHETTI W/ SHRIMP & ASPARAGUS 2 TBSP Olive Oil 3 cloves garlic minced 1/2lb. asparagus 1/2lb shrimp-cleaned and deveined 1 cup chicken broth 1/2tsp grated lemon peel 2 TBSP lemon juice 2 tsp grated fresh ginger- you can also use ground ginger about 1/2 tsp 1 tsp corn starch or flour spaghetti In a lg. skittet heat oil over medium. saute garlic and asparagus 2-3 minutes. add shrip saute until pink. Add chicken broth, lemon peel and juice, ginger and flour, (or cornstarch). bring to boil continue boiling for 1 minute. Serve over spaghetti. |
