| CHEESE CAKE Graham Cracker Crust 1 1/4 cups crushed Honey Teddy Grahams 1/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup butter, melted Combine sugar and crackers; add to butter and press into 8 or 9" round pan. Filling 8 oz cream cheese, softened 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 tsp. pure vanilla In bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed mile until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with approved filling if desired. |
