CRUST:
1 C Graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp Brown sugar
4 tbsp Melted butter
Mix together and press into a 8" pie plate, cake pan or spring form pan.
FILLING:
1 pound Cream cheese
1/2 C Dark brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
3 Eggs
Cream cheese, sugar together. Mix in vanilla and eggs. Pour into pie pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
